Liberty Patches Pattern #492

We deconstructed a panel from QT Fabric's American Tapestry collection for both the center eagle (20" square) and the patriotic frame blocks (6 1/2" squares) in this design.  Star blocks adorn the four corners, and the center is surrounded by King's Crown blocks.

Finished size is 73" x 83".  Skill level is Intermediate.

(Note: Quilt of Valor sizes are maximum of 72" x 90".  As this design is 73", you could simply decrease the outer border size by 1/2" all the way around to make this design work within those parameters.)
